As with all aspects of our client's businesses, ensuring the right technology, and the right processes, are supported by the right people, with the right skills, is key to the success of any recruitment function. There are a number of aspects to our service offering that we have designed to support this premise.
Communication - There are two aspects to ensuring effective communication in relation to the recruitment process; Ensuring the process itself is designed to support effective communication with all parties during the process. Ensuring any enhancements and changes to the process and technology are supported by an effective communication plan. Both are typically part of our service delivery to our client.
Training - Ensuring the recruitment team, and all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process, are properly trained is another important aspect in ensuring the effectiveness of the recruitment function. System and process training are an important part of our service offering. Recruitment training is not one of our core competencies, however we have a number of partners and contacts that can support our clients in this area.

MI - Whilst robust MI will tell us a lot about the recruitment process, it can also tell us a lot about the performance of the individuals running the process. As with the process, providing reliable information to support the ongoing assessment and development of the recruitment team is often an important focus of our process and system designs.
Sourcing - We do not find recruiters, recruitment managers, administrators and similar skill sets for our clients. We would be disappointed if the technologies and processes we help to implement, do not enable our clients to find these types of individuals themselves. However, there are particular hard to source skill sets, such as knowledge of particular recruitment technologies, recruitment finance experts etc, where we can and do add value to the process and support our clients in finding the right people.
